I ordered this on a recommendation from a friend to use on my hardwood floors. I like that it is cordless and has good suction instead of daily sweeping. Drawbacks are that the pads are disposable and you really can't vacuum and mop at the same time. But in my opinion, you should vacuum the wood floor entirely before using the mop feature. As the wet cleaner makes it harder to pick up crumbs. I am keeping it to just use as a hardwood floor vac and will use my other pad mop with washable pads. I did purchase reusable/washable refill for the shark vac as well. Due to the disposable pads and not loving the mop feature I reduced to 4 stars. But as a cordless hardwood vacuum it does a good job.
