Came with a pretty big & pretty deep scratch in the screen!

I love the phone. I just thought it was supposed to be refurbished in "like new" quality. So that kinda disappointed me quite a bit. Other than that tho I was pleased with the phone. If you bypass the screen damage it was everything I expected it to be.
