I purchased this vacuum desiring a high quality canister style that could be repaired easily. I am not a fan. It's HUGE. Bulky, clunky, chunky, and very heavy. I call it "the space ship" when my clients are flabbergasted by this enormous piece of equipment I started heaving around.
The suction is good but not as powerful as I expected for the size of this thing, but it does have some great features.
It's cumbersome. The vacuum head would constantly fall off with the slightest pressure to the foot release, causing the head to come crashing down to the ground on many occasions. Luckily it's very durable and it hasn't broken yet. Still very annoying.
The hard floor accessory is nice. The brushes just got gross really fast and there's no tool to get all the hair and stuff the gets matted into it out.
The best part is the power accessory brush. This actually was very powerful and had great suction due to the size. But it's cheap and broke pretty easily after using it for only about 5 or 6 months. The brush roll is jamming and gets hot and smelly. Likely an easy fix but I don't use it that much for it to be needing a repair already.
I'm honestly pretty over it. The last straw is the bag filled during a job and the suction stopped. I put in a new bag, but it's not registering the new bag and won't restart the suction. I'm over it and it's sitting out on my porch waiting for whether I decide to fix it or throw it in the trash.
I don't know what I vacuum this heavy and large would be good for, but I do not recommend it for professionals.
