I've been using OtterBox protective cases for years on all of my Samsung phones. They provide excellent protection at an affordable price. I know this because I've dropped all of my phones on hard surfaces many times and the OtterBox cases never failed to protect my phones from damage of any kind.
Over the years, the cases may have been scratched, cracked and/or slightly damages but continued to protect and keep my phones unscathed. The Commuter OtterBox is my go to because it's lighter and thinner that the other OtterBox cases but still offers awesome protection.
