I keep having problems with the recording to the library. it is at best sporadic. I have contacted support but they did not seem to understand the problem. I had to repeat myself a few times. the cameras have not been recording to the library for WEEKS. They are working fine LIVE they are ONLINE. set up was a breeze when I followed directions step by step. I have them wired so never a recharge problem. I have recommended them a hundred times! the problem with the recording to the library the tech support claims they need to be updated but the cameras say NO UPDATE is available. in the past week ONE camera started recording to the library, the other 2 are NOT recording. my free tech support is good until July although the agent tried to sell me assistance. I also purchased a 3 year plan for insurance. I have the box to send back to amazon if needed. these were so nice AT FIRST!
