I have wanted to write this review for a while but wanted to have enough time on my hands because I knew it was going to be long. Ever since I was allowed to have a cellphone at around 16/17 I have broken EVERY screen on EVERY phone I have EVER had. It's an ongoing joke with my friends to leave phones with me and check if their covers/protectors are Sarah-proof. It has not ended well on numerous occasions. I ordered this cover just to put something on my new iPhone XSMax, while I ordered the infamous 'Lifeproof' case. I am SHOCKED at how resistant this case is, how slim it is and how nice my phone looks (not bulky etc). I went to Rome and tripped inside the Colosseum and my phone FLEW and landed on the rocks and NOT A SINGLE SCRATCH to my screen. I almost cried. My phone has face planted on my busy NYC streets, I've dropped it on stairs, it's landed on every possible corner and my phone is in PERFECT state. I cannot get over how good this is. If you needed a sign to buy an $8 phone case THIS IS IT. Get it, I promise it's that good!
