The phone I received is not factory unlocked. It is AT&T branded unlocked. I was able to activate it with mint mobile, but it is branded with AT&T everywhere, and has all the AT&T bloatware on it that you cannot uninstall. Very disappointed since I was specifically looking for a factory unlocked phone and it takes a long time to get everything set up and activated in order to figure this out. Giant waste of many hours. I haven't decided yet if I will keep it or return it and try to find a factory unlocked one. It was expensive for what it is.
