Great idea but not great for elderly

we bought this for my 89 year old mom. In case she falls, she will have her phone with her at all times. But being 89, this was too heavy for her fragile neck once she put the phone in there. This is a great idea for people on vacation or shopping, etc. but not for what we had in mind.
