While my main Eero is a 6SE Pro, I know to get full throughput I should add another 6SE Pro. But with the cost difference off this device and not every device needing the fastest possible network connection, this fits the price/performance need perfectly to make sure I have great coverage anywhere!
Pros:
-Unbox, plug in, app walks you through everything (including checking the signal strength in the place you want to set it in)
-Mesh Wi-Fi connection works great, nothing needed to do on devices, they see this as same Wi-Fi SSID/signal as the main Eero
-Wi-Fi 6 capability
Cons:
-Wish there was a way to change which device is connecting to which access point as sometimes they will connect to the other repeater even if there is a closer one and there is no way to prioritize which access point to be used is (by device) or switch the device to another access point in the app.
-Wish there was a way to control power/signal strength by access point (which I have had in other routers/access points) as I have some areas that I want another access point, but don't want it broadcasting in full strength as it will bleed/overlap at the normal output setting (and/or go to areas that I do not want it at e.g. - neighbors)
