Very nice case. I bought it for the sliding lens cover. That works very well, but until I form a new habit, I am often pulling it out for a quick photo and forgetting to open the cover!
Two things I do not like:
The side rails are not raised as high as the top & bottom rails, so you do not have as much protection of the front when you set the phone down on it's front (pic #1).
The bottom rail needs to be thicker/sturdier. When I pull the phone out of my pocket, I am usually getting friction/traction by pulling on the rail/glass interface. As you can see, there is a worrisome amount of weakness when pulling on the case in this fashion. I am able to wirelessly charge the phone on one of my wireless chargers (Yootech) but not on another.
i have now been using the case for a couple of weeks and I am pleased with it. For me, the grip is fine, I do not find it too slick.
My phone has fallen 3 feet on two occasions and it was well protected.
One potential problem. When I put the phone top side down in my pocket, which is my normal position, it accumulates debris in the sliding camera cover rail. This then gets pushed into the camera lens area with repetitive use of the lens cover. Thus, I have started putting it bottom side down in my pocket.
