Buyer Beware! Spend a few dollars more and get a watch that isn't 5 years old and wore down

Buyer beware. This watch was suppose to be in excellent conditon, new like conditon. The watch came with 83% battery life, which is nowhere near new condition. The watch itself looked great and worked perfectly, but how long will the battery last? This is SE 1st edition, not the 2nd. For 30$ more you could get a new SE 2nd edition with a two year warranty.
