Very flattering, buttery material

For reference I am 5'4" 110lbs. The instructions said to size up but I found the size small a little too big. Xsmall feels more secure around the waist and hips. I normally wear 28-29" inseam for jeans so I tried the 29" inseam but it fell 1-2 inches short when worn with shoes. The material does hike/bunch up around the knees a little bit so the 31" inseam was much better.
