We purchased this to replace my son's older phone that broke. We wanted a cheaper phone since he is only 13. I had no idea that Amazon sold refurbished "renewed" phones! What a deal compared to buying new! The phone came in great shape. There was only one minor scratch on the side of the phone that won't even be seen since it's covered by a phone case now. Great deal! Would buy a renewed phone again.
