Customer Review

I was prepared to return this. I believed it was locked to T-Mobile, as it had a T-Mobile eSIM that prevented me from installing a Visible eSIM. After hours of futility, I talked to Amazon customer support to arrange a return. Then, as I was preparing to return it to factory default, I discovered the menu item to delete the eSIM. After deleting it, I was easily able to install the Visible eSIM, and the phone is now fully functional. Since we are moving from a Pixel 6a to a Pixel 7 Pro, the learning curve is fairly flat. The main reason for moving is to get the more advanced camera features of the 7 Pro.
