Review written June 2024. I purchased this item in March 2024. I had my doubts that it would hold all of our shower items. To my surprise it did. I loved it until this past Saturday when one of the shelves came crashing down. Not be cause the suction cup gave out, nope that was still stuck very strongly to the wall. But because the plastic bracket that helps hold the shelf onto the suction cup broke. Please see photo. Four phone calls to Amazon, two customer service numbers that were not for the company that makes this product, many many Google searches and too much of my time spent, I was not able to get any contact information for Leverloc to get replacement parts. Because it worked so well I just wanted to replace the suction cups, but unfortunately that is not happening. Amazon is now allowing me to return the item. Amazon should really have good contact information for any company they are allowing to sell on their platform. This process took way too much time. It really could have been a very easy process had Amazon had the correct contact information for Leverloc to begin with. I wish I had all my time back.
