The phone does not offer wireless charging, but for the price and features, it's a good buy. I could not self register the phone using my existing sim and my metro App. I had to call MetroPCS and pay $26 to get the phone registerred., though initially MetroPCS said that this phone is not compatible. Once I paid the $26 registration/Activation fee, my phone started to work with MetroPCs of T-Mobile
