I bought this product as a gift, but because I bought it over a month in advance we did not find out it was defective until a week after the return-by date had passed. At first it was wonderful. My mother said she never wanted to get out of the shower because it was so luxurious now. But today she noticed a pinhole leak on a joint of the long pipe. I'd love to return this for a new one but we didn't even open the product until after the return deadline had passed and I cannot find a way to contact the seller. Very unhappy. Could have been a great product. *Update* Seller reached out and issued a full refund. Excellent customer service. Above and beyond. Maybe I just got a lemon. Would be willing to order from them again.
