From day one, speeds were slower than my Google Nest Mesh. Google nest worked for 5 years and was very happy with it, but stopped working and had to buy a new system. I decided to try eero for a quick solution.

Although it worked, it was slower than the google system. I was ok with that since I'm not running a ton of high bandwidth. But this was my first disappointment with it.

Then I realized that EVERYTHING costs extra. They want you to pay monthly for all the features I had included with Google.

After exactly 1 year of use, I started having technical problems. I contacted tech support. Although they were fairly responsive, their only course of action is to continually try to troubleshoot and make you wait 24 hours before doing anything else. it's now been almost 3 weeks of "troubleshooting" with no fix or solution of any kind in sight.

Even though it's very clear what the issue is, with the master unit needing replacement, my last straw was today when they said to try a different power supply on the mesh unit. I'm done. I cannot wait any longer for them to waste my time. I bought a new system today that will arrive tomorrow and I can't wait to throw this one in the trash.
