I feel like it's just a placebo for those who say it gives them energy, helps them sleep. settles their stomach, etc. It may be good on a wound. But I am inclined to believe most any honey would do the same. I definitely wouldn't spend that kind of money again for honey. I bought a 5 gallon pail for about $150.00 of raw honey. That was a great deal. The jar of this Manuka honey was very small. I was expecting it to be much larger because of the photo. The weight just did not register as being so small in my mind.
