I am traveling with no access to my information because it is all in my phone. They are sending me links that don't work and refusing to process my claim. They keep transferring me to other departments that disconnect the call or aren't able to assist because they need to send a text to the phone that is broken and needs to be replaced. They refuse to allow me to speak with a supervisor let a lone a manager. This purchase not only was a waste of money but they will not process the claim nor will they allow the claim to go through in their store.
