It either works amazing or not at all

I ordered 3 of these to replace similar models in my shower that had stopped sticking and would fall off the wall in the middle of the night. Two of the three stuck and haven’t budged yet. One has failed to stick since day 1 (even empty!). I’m returning that one in hopes the replacement works better, but it’s definitely annoying to deal with when they should all work the same!
