This is a great pan and I followed with the small sauce pan too. Excellent products and a very low price for this quality. You 'can' fry an egg with no oil or butter on the bare pan. And clean with warm water and an easy swipe or two. Also works fine on an Induction stove-top. After a few months and no damage to the surface.
