I'm satisfied with the purchase, and, well, the quality is what you would expect from something so affordable. Shipping was immediate and it arrived 2 days later. On my Windows system it was recognized and plugged-and-played perfectly. However, on my LINUX system, it would not register...and there is not a compatible driver provided. However, I took the computer to a technician who completely wiped the system, did a 16-gb RAM upgrade, and installed KDE Plasma 6 LINUX with the camera mounted, and it installed immediately. The next day, I received an email from support at the company and by that time it was resolved. For someone in need of a quick solution to a desktop recording need, I would recommend this to someone. For desktop photo-quality, I would not.
