I love the application this brand has, which is why I always come back to them when I get a new phone. If you watch the installation video and follow directions, you CAN'T mess it up. The fingerprint reader mostly works through the case, I get more rejects than I'd like but it's better than competitors I've tried. The finish is smooth and works, I usually get a good 6 months or so before developing noticeable scratches with this brand and they give you a second, so that lasts a while and you can always buy more if you need. Because it's a screen and not glass, it will eventually show some marks a glass cover might not but this is still better. I do wish that it also came with a camera cover though; I had to get another brand's product for that part.
