I really enjoy the K-cup process and this is good, but could be better. The water container holds lots of water, but will only use about 1/2. The coffee maker only uses part of the reservoir water, and you must waste the other portion because it will not load it! Too bad. Also the reservoir is an awkward shape, and hard to reconnect for senior hands.
