I don’t know if all of their claims are true about these treats being keto friendly or low carb, but they were a hit at the senior glee club where I regularly bring snacks for their breaks. The cream filling is not overly sweet but chocolatey enough to satisfy the chocolate lovers in the group; the wafers have a delicate crunch, almost flaky texture to them. I’d caution against leaving these in a hot car because they melt and get messy, though the texture of the wafers weren’t affected in my case. (The box was in the car for just over an hour, not good.) Still, the club requested I bring these again to serve with coffee. They gave it a 10.
