Buy the protection plan

I purchased a phone and this protection plan. I'm terrible with dropping my phone so this protection plan was the best for me. I did end up dropping the phone breaking it into several pieces and shattering the screen. I contacted them, was sent a label to print off for the return. A few days later I received my money back as an Amazon credit.
