My mother day went good til my phone slipped out my hand waiting in line at the zoo. Mother get in free took my daughter (6) phone landed on concrete the screen has a crack. only thing I don't like is why can't they reimburse it asap. Company told me when I take it to ups store and it get scanned then email e gift card. Expect you go without phone
