I had previously used the "regular" Qunol CoQ10 100mg Softgels, but they seem to becoming phased out in favor of this new formulation. After using these for about a month now, I can feel how much better my knees feel, and am pleased with this version. If you're looking for this type of supplement, I highly recommend you try this!
