Great product but shipping leaves something to be desired

I absolutely LOVE these bars. I ordered what I thought was a box (9 bars). They were shipped loose in an envelope. They arrived deformed, melted and crumbly. They still taste great they are just very messy to eat and end up getting all over you. If they had been better packaged then I would have given 5 stars.
