Received defective or improperly setup phone. Voice commands and queries do not work on any app or camera, even though microphone has permission for each app. Google Assistant does not work with voice commands. Looked at lots of videos but no suggestions helped. Reached out to seller several times but no reply. No customer service on a $1000 phone? Aside from the voice commands not working, this phone was not setup for the U.S. market. First, you can't shut it off, as the on/off side button has been set to Bixby. You'll need to fix that in your settings. Next, the language is UK English, Not American. The language needs to be changed not just in one place, but changed on many apps. First phone I've ever had to return.
