I've had this machine now for about 3 months and I use it daily. I am very pleased with it. Before this one I had bought a carpet shampooer named after a predatory fish and it took a dump after less than 2 weeks. That brand does not make their models easy to repair either, no "right to repair". With this Kenmore the design is so simple, I love how BOTH tanks are at the bottom, just a great design and really easy to clean and I clean it every night after use. As for leaking I consider that every machine like which holds water is going to have some leaking, regardless, but I have not had any leaking issues, just drops of water when I move it from place to place, not a big deal for me. Definitely will buy again when time to replace. I recommend getting a quality enzymatic solution and you'll get good results with this machine and a good solution.
