I bought the four pack of these for a family trip. They were perfect for our needs. We used them while playing in the waves at the beach, on a kayak trip to see a bioluminescent bay and on a rainforest hike. They were completely waterproof and took good pictures even when fully submerged. The face recognition doesn’t work inside the pouch and it was sometimes hard to make our swipes work on the touch screen but those are very small inconveniences compared to the successes of the product.
One of my kids and I both went down a rock water slide - very fast water and then being completely submerged and swimming to the side after. My kid accidentally went down on their belly and realized when they came up that the case had pulled off the strap (not broken - clearly the system is designed to separate rather than strangling you - well done!)
They panicked a bit but then, just a bit later, we discovered that the phone in the floating case had gone down two more waterfalls and was floating in the pool below where the rest of our group was swimming! We reattached it to the neck strap and continued on with the rest of our trip.
I will be recommending these to anyone we know who is traveling to watery destinations! And these will be a constant companion any time we are going somewhere we’ll be hiking near water or swimming. THANK you for a great product!
