It's always stopping. It doesn't run long without it stopping with this HL always popping up. I regret buying this. It's too expensive for it not to work.
Update: while this is still the case, the manufacturer has reached out to me regarding my issue and generously offered to assist me with this air conditioning system and also provided me with a gift. They offered to also send me a hose to suck the water from the system so this gets drained. While the product hasn't been reliable the company willing to assist me with this makes it well worth the purchase. I can buy something in the future from them knowing they will help me if the item isn't functioning as promised.
