This product looked nice, it was in good condition, but was a piece of junk. It glitches, shuts off/restarts continually in a loop for no reason. When you open an app it shuts down. When sending a message it shuts down. It gets overly hot. The screen freezes, to many problems to mention them all. I'm regretting that I bought refurbished because of all the problems. I tried for 5 months, watching videos to see if I could "fix" it, so I could use this phone and finally just gave up. It was a serious a huge waste of money and time. Byers beware.
