The first aid kit has everything and it fits in a personal daypack. Bandages, antiseptic wipes, gauze, pins, an eye wash flush, scissors, tweezers... even a CPR mask, a simple tourniquet, and a first aid guide that folds up into the bag. The moleskin was a lifesaver, super sticky, and it's precut to make it simple to apply when out on the trails. The only thing I could think to add is a tick spoon. Everybody outside trekking should get one of these!
