Works just like a brand new phone, great size and ease of use for my arthritic hands to hold, is much more affordable than a brand new one, the battery lasts most of the day, seeing how I'm on the phone all the time and it is just what I wanted. The only thing is I ordered a green phone and the back of it was black. Everything else is green on it. Kinda gives it character but still not what I ordered.
