Multiple POE units
I am replacing existing POE access points with 2 erros poe units. The default configuration is to use NAT. With multiple POE units you want to use them in bridge mode. As a network guy I would have never expected a configuration would default to this NAT. It may make it easier to install and use and I would generally expect that bridge mode would be preferred.

My home was wired for mountable access points, so I was going to set up ubiquity unify access points. But I already had an eero 6e pro through my ISP, so I decided to go with these instead. So far it’s been working great. I have two access points and haven’t been having any trouble, plus they were easy to set up and look great mounted on the ceiling.

I’m extremely happy with EERO mesh system. I can move around the house, inside and out, and my WiFi signal stays consistent on my wireless devices.

The builder of my home placed an ethernet cable in my pantry without a power outlet so a poe access point was the best option. I already had a poe switch that i tried to use with a power splitter on non poe switches but it did not work. Oddly I tried to use the splitter on this and it did not work, but plugging directly into the 2.5 port worked just fine. I was easily able to use the mount provided with the existing box in the ceiling so I didn't have to drill extra holes.

After digging into and emailing back and fourth several times with tech support, I finally got an answer on disabling Zigbee. Zigbee can NOT be turned OFF. This leaves a huge network security vulnerability. If you do not know why, please do your research!
You can disable UPnP, Thread, etc. Client Steering is completely useless. A true Wireless controller is still the best way to go when deploying multiple access points. Load Balancing between multiple access points and other key security features still need to be implemented across Eero.

I have had my eero 6 now for two days and it works great. Best investment I could have made no buffering or freezing so for.

Just received today and just installed today. So far so good. Initially I wanted to purchase a new system so that I would be able to mount with poe features. I'm glad I waited. Process was super simple basically plug and play. Also in the detailed description area it says that you would need a 6e pro as the gateway, I do not have one as a gateway but I do as just APs. It works perfectly fine, plus at the moment I only have 1G fiber internet so it's good enough for me. I usually have my computer hardwired in but I dropped a speed test of my wireless connection

*Update*
2 months in and I dropped 2 stars. I’ve noticed a drop in wireless speeds that’s very notable. At some points the speeds went all the way down to 5mbps down compared to 6-700 hundred down. I thought it could be the TP Link POE switch I have but when logging into it, there were no issues there
