Watch was purchased as a gift for grandson only had a month before it quit working sent it in for repair in the original box. Came back more damaged then when I originally sent it in for had major scratches and it was shipped back in I bag not tge box I shipped it in still not working they kept the 25.00 I paid for insurance and refunded me for the watch.

My only negative for writing this review was the delivery to the repair shop. It took over 10 days to reach the repair shop in New York, I live in Washington State. They sent the item Ground UPS. It was a very small package, Fitbit watch, and could easily have been sent Air. I did not have a choice in how to send it. Other than that, it was a positive experience, and I am glad I purchased insurance because the item was only 3 months old.
