I do believe that it will protect my tablet. But because of the material choices. It's difficult to hold onto. If you put the wrong side face down, it will slide around. Possibly flying off of the table/countertop. And because of the extremely hard plastic that was used. It's very difficult to remove your tablet from the case.

Based on last tablet and case purchase the case goes first and then you will search for a new one a few years down the road and pay more. 1 point off as cover flap interior lining is some sort of flock, not washable which means it can and will get stained and crumpled at edges.
