ACKool Unit Seems To Work Ok
I purchased this unit as used acceptable. The unit arrived within a few days. When I opened it I did an initial inspection and you could tell it was used as the wheels had dirt and it wasn't factory fresh. There was some damage you could see like a bent internal support rod but it still looked ok. The packaging could have been much better and there was no foam protecting the top or one long side of the unit. I allowed it to sit for 4 days until the weekend before turning it on. The unit seemed to operate and the cooling side got cool and the exhaust got warm as expected. It was only 73F in my kitchen so I don't know how well it will perform on the worst summer days but I expect it will provide some cooling. For the price I was very satisfied although the order process did take a very long time to receive the unit. All in all if it cools this summer I will be happy to have it.

the blower/ exhaust fan was broken upon delivery, no damage to the external unit but the inner wall that houses the blower fan was broken ( can be seen looking into the exhaust grill) cheaply made inner plastic fan housing.
