I bought this firstly for it's waterproof aspect. I've been using it in the shower for months now and never had an issue with it shutting down or otherwise being negatively affected by water.
The sound quality on the other hand is subpar for this price range. That surprised me because I've always been impressed with Sony for their niche.
I basically shy away from anything other than podcasts or audio books which is a shame. Music is just too muddy to enjoy.

The best thing about this speaker is how light it feels for its size. Other than that this speaker does not meet my expectations sound wise. The speaker sounds okay on some songs, but overall it sounds very muffled. In order to get decent sound from it, you have to have it turned up to higher volumes. The lower volumes are way too muffled to be enjoyable.

The product info says that it can charge other devices; however, from what I can tell it cannot charge other devices.

In all honesty, I will probably return this speaker for something else that sounds better.
