    Before buying this particular pouch, I read the reviews and reviews on other similar pouches and kept reading it's Not waterproof. I found that NOT to be true! It's recommended that you test it by submerging it in water for over an hour... I did and it was fine. One word of caution, it is very large... larger than my cell phone. If that is a negative for you look at buying a smaller one from this company. In hind sight, I like its larger size to protect other items as well. I highly recommend this pouch!!

    I bought it for my grandson for his trip which involved getting in water. He liked it and said it definitely kept his phone dry. He also liked being able to still use his phone inside the waterproof case.
