This is my second keystone..my other one is in the bedroom.bought it three years ago and it���s great…gets room very cold..older one is a little noisy but for me I like it ,it drowns out the street noise.
This one we just set up yesterday in living room and it’s quiet and just like my other one ,is very powerful and cold.also cools off dining room too .
So far…my older one I never had to empty water out as it self evaporates,so hope this unit is same.
Anyone hesitant on buying it…trust me ..you will be happy…and go for the unit with more BTU..on any brand you choose

An effective AC unit that is great value for money
I installed this in a South-facing upstairs bedroom which was getting to 77F on very hot days; my house AC works but this room is the end of the duct line and covering other vents in my house was not having much effect. I installed it in about 90 minutes and now, I pick the temperature on the remote and it gets me there in a short time. It's very slightly noisier than I'd like - I measured 50 dBA from 6 ft away on the low fan setting - but I reckon I could sleep with it in the room and it's mainly in the daytime that I need it. I looked at a similar 8,000 BTU portable AC in CostCo that was $350 and then bought this for <$200. An absolute keeper and great value.
