Overall: This is a quality Weber grill, so far I've had no issues with temperature control or any other issue. The smart features are a fun toy, but still very first generation. The smart features aren't a deal breaker, but it does feel like they will get better in future models.
Good: No complaints on the quality of the grill. Assembly was mostly pain free and took about 3 hours with a pair of hands helping. After 2 months of use, I have not noticed any issues and each time I use it I'm really happy with the purchase. The quality of this grill is exactly what I expected from Weber.
Bad: The smart features are still pretty limited. You can check temperature remotely for either the grill or using temperature probes. You can also set timers from the app or temperature notifications, I wish there were more options like a warning if temperature gets out of a certain bound. The location of the usb-c port is also annoying, it doesn't feel like it was placed in a convenient location for battery placement. This along with the limited app features and some confusing smart feature specific installation instructions, makes me wonder if the smart features are a focus for Weber or an afterthought.

Excellent grill, but the gill had damaged panels a a damaged bracket
When package was dropped off I inspected the box for damage and none was found. Individual boxes inside were not damaged either. When I opened the boxes there was bent panel ends and one of the metal panel brackets was badly bent out 45 degrees . I had to use a pair of Chanel locks to bend the bracket back into the 90 degree position so I could secure the lag screw from other panel side panel into it. I had to hand bend the one panel and use a hammer to bend the other panel back into position so it could connect to the adjoining panel. I included two photos showing two of the four damaged panels. Since the outer and inner boxes were not damaged this had to occurred prior to shipping. How these were ever packaged in the damaged condition shows poor quality control by Weber. At over a thousand dollars for the grill I was very disappointed in this lack of quality control by Weber. Sad but this is what is now the norm in so much of what is becoming a lesser country.
