    I was skeptical buying this phone due to a lot of the reviews saying there were external damages and low battery health. my phone came with zero scratches, zero damages, the phone quite literally appeared brand new. as soon as i got it up and running i checked the battery health and it was at 100% i couldn’t be more happy with my purchase so id sat you are skeptical, take the risk. the phone is also very loud and for 1 whole TB of storage it was priced very reasonably!

    I received my Iphone 13 Pro max, and it looks new and very beautiful. The phone is in extremely pristine condition. It was not charged when I got it, so I had to charge first. It has a facial recognition feature, which I have not tried yet. I'm slowly learning all the features the phone offers. I intentionally paid a lot more money as it comes with a one year warranty as the seller noted that the phone was new. So far, I'm very happy with it and grateful.

    I needed to replace a lost iPhone and decided to give a renewed iPhone 13 Pro Max a go from Amazon. The phone was shipped promptly and arrived in pristine condition. As compared to a brand new unit I felt it was priced well at under $600. The phone was easily registered with Apple and my mobile carrieer.
    For me, there was a brief learning curve as I moved up from an iPhone SE, but the upgraded camera and screen size are well worth it.
    As others have mentioned, the battery life was sitting at 85%. I wish that were higher, but for the price, features, and overall condition, I still think it was a good buy. The phone was immediately upgraded to the latest IOS 17 version without any glitches. I'm still in the process of setting options and loading a few apps,
    For clarity, I am a 70-something boomer who probably shouldn't be playing with such a toy, but for me it's like driving that Corvette I always wanted :)

    The phone I purchased was graded as excellent. That was a lie, there was scratches and dings all around the phone. Also they said it was tested and everything works, which was lie #2. The facial recognition didn’t work unless you tapped on the back the whole time meaning a ribbon on the inside wasn’t correctly fixed to the chip, causing issue with face recognition. I wouldn’t order anything from this company after this and now I have to wait 30 days until after the receive the phone back. Very disappointed.

    Ordered a 2nd and that one had the battery and camera replaced by cheap parts and the button that turns it off didn’t even work. These repairs and testing are not done correctly now I have $1300 in limbo awaiting refunds.

    Third time was a charm. Beautiful product. It was as it was described. The trick is ordering one that is sold by Amazon and not these little chop shops that use cheap parts and don’t actually test them like they say they do.

     La verdad esperaba menos aunque compré la opción premium pensé que llegaría con algunos detalles visibles ya que en algunas reseñas había leído que los equipos de opción premium llegaban con detalles de uso principalmente en cámaras, tardó alrededor de dos semanas en llegar, lo compré el 17 de mayo aprovechando la bonificación de Banamex, pero me llegó un equipo en condiciones de nuevo sin ningún detalle tanto en bordes como en tapa trasera y sin restos de pegamento en las camaras o con alguna señal de haber sido reparadas,la pantalla viene sin ningún detalle, traía un protector temporal y la bateria al 100% de capacidad que fue lo que tenia muchas dudas de cómo llegaría,volveré a comprar otro equipo en calidad premium sin duda alguna.
