Shipping was quick and packaging was adequate.. TV arrived with no damage. HOWEVER, it took several hours(3+ hours) to get the updates before the TV could be used. After that everything was great. Picture, reception and displays are great. NOT rating the audio quality since I used Bose sounder.

They want to charge me to mail my USPS warranty that's BS. I REFUSE TO PAY THE FEE. I WANT THIS CANCEL IF WARRANTY

The company that promotes this warranty is terrible. This is an item that should be delivered to customers via email, it's just a piece of paper. It's been almost a month and I never got anything, I sent a complaint to the company and got no response. I finally just requested for a refund with Amazon staff, and received my funds back within 1 day. I'm glad I got my refund, but now I don't have a warranty for my TV, other than the regular manufacture's warranty. I'm just praying nothing goes wrong with the TV anytime soon. But the Fire TV I purchased is beautiful.
