    The pros of this phone is the quality, the price, the functionality, and the camera! This phone is very close to the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. The only 2 cons are it doesn't accommodate wireless charging and it's not 5G, which isn't an issue for me, because it super fast as it is. The fingerprint reader is very good and has good accessibility. I love all the different apps available for maintenance of the device and themes. It also came with a case and USB cable. However, the power adapter is not for USA voltage, but I'm using one I already had. The charging time was fast and the charge last all day. I was able to switch over the info from my old Samsung S9+ phone effortlessly. I did have a little difficulty connecting my car via Bluetooth, but once I installed the new update offered in the UI everything went smoothly. Not to mention technical support is offered with this item, and get this they can actually be reached by phone! The camera takes amazing pictures....it's the same mega pixels as the Samsung S21 Ultra.....but much, much less. In price I'm very very happy with my purchase. I don't at all regret returning my Samsung S21 that cost me $1300+. I saved a thousand dollars. What's not to be happy about.

    Update: I have been having problems with numerous of dropped calls and dead spaces. I have T-Mobile the number one network and I have never in the past had this issue with dropped calls. Also the front facing camera has a an illuminated foggy look to all the pictures, regardless of the amount of light. The rear camera is very close in comparison to the Samsung Galaxy 21. The user interface takes some getting use to as it is set up a little differently than the other androids I've used. Also the audio when connected to the bluetooth in my car gives terrible feedback. Overall my level of satisfaction has greatly declined due to the connection issues, I have also noticed that I don't always receive notifications for text messages. Overall I wish that I would have just went with the Samsung Galaxy 10 note.

    I have had this phone for about 6-7 months now and love it. I did run into an issue with using it but it has nothing to do with the phone itself. I have been purchasing unlocked phones from Huawei and Xiaomi on prepaid carriers to cuts costs on phone services. Most of the less than 5 star ratings are due to the phone not working with their carrier. Make sure it is compatible with your carrier before getting it.

    I had At&t prepaid for about 4 years. Recentl my phone starting having issues with service from At&t. They are shutting down their 3g and my phone was flagged as 3g. It is not a 3g phone. The issue with the phone is what bands it works on. It won't work on available at&t bands after the 3g shutdown. Long story short, I looked for carriers that provided service on the wireless bands that are compatible with the Redmi Note 10 pro. I found t mobile and mint mobile work great with it. I switched carriers and have had zero issues since. The phone is amazing for the price, just make sure you look to see if the phone will work with your carrier before buying.

    I bought this phone because my old OnePlus 6 was no longer supported after ATT shut down their 3g network. I was a bit concerned that this phone may not work after the 3g shutdown, but it is 3/9 as I write this and the phone works fine. I keep waiting for it to stop working, but I have my finger crossed. It does support VOLTE and I have that enabled, so I think this should continue to work.

    As for the phone, I can't believe what you get for your money with this. I just love everything about it. The camera works great, the screen looks awesome and the phone in general is very responsive. I'm going on three days of normal use today without charging the battery and think it should go at least one more day. The build quality seems really good, the phone feels solid and well put together.

    I only had one small software glitch with the themes not loading correctly, I was able to find a quick fix and it is working fine now. The MIUI is a nice skin and doesn't seem to bloated or slow anything down. I like the theme manager and they have some really nice free themes to customize the look of the UI.

    I'll update the review if it gets blocked by ATT but other than that I would highly recommend!

    This phone has 9/10 of the bells and whistles that any popular flagship phone offers (in the US), but at 1/4th the price. The battery life is great, its fast and it has a decent amount of memory. I did a TON of research to find these phones, and I recommend writing down your must-haves (Is a budget friendly phone a must? Want a phone jack? Is "just" an above average camera enough? How about a better than 1080p screen? Want Dolby Atmos STEREO sound (there are speakers on both the top and bottom of this phone model, a first for me, and make a huge difference)? Yup, this has one has all those things, which were on my list), then googling 'X phone model VS. Y phone model', so you can see the features of each phone you're considering, side by side.
    NOTE: two of the specs listed on Amazon are Incorrect:
    1. This phone runs on the GSM network ONLY. It will Not work on CDMA networks.
    2. This phone is a 4G phone. There is a 5G version of the Note 10 if that's important to you, but it's more expensive and tbh, until more 5G towers are put up, it's not that much faster) The specs say 2G!!, which is Wrong and a huge typo that's losing potential buyers.
    I'm so happy with my phone, and highly recommend this particular model!!

    Ya llevo 2 años con el equipo y sigue funcionando de maravilla. No le falla nada. Quizá mi única observación es con el sensor de proximidad, que a veces falla, especilamnet en WhatsApp. Fuera de eso sigue siendo un gran teléfono. No dejo de recomendarlo a todos mis amigos y conocidos, es una excelente compra a la fecha.

    Lo tengo desde hace algunos meses y ha sido mi mejor equipo hasta ahora. No uso muchas apps, ni juegos ni soy fotógrafo profesional. Le doy uso promedio: correo, redes sociales, archivos básicos (Drive, Calendario,... etc), WhatsApp, Youtube, Spotify, videos y fotos familiares, llamadas... en fin, sin mucha exigencia. La Batería dura mucho y si usas algunos trucos y eres prudente dura hasta 2 días en uso regular. La cámara es muy buena, la pantalla tiene excelente tamaño y gran definición. La memoria es más que suficiente. Procesador rápido y confiable. Si buscas un Media Gama con una excelente relación precio-calidad, este es LA OPCIÓN.

     Having used the phone for a week now I thought I would write this review on this note 10 pro, as I swayed for a few days after reading some negative reviews, however i decided to take a punt as I cannot justified huge contract phone costs, I prefer to have a sim only plan and not have huge monthly bills.

    Firstly I have upgraded from a 5 year old Huawei p20 pro which at the time I got it was the one of the better camera phones available and to be fair it still works fine but after replacing camera lense glass recently, the camera developed a shake making most pics or videos blurry if moving about which is not ideal, so opted to purchase this Redmi, I'm very pleased with the product so far, after doing much research I bought this model over the new slightly more expensive note 11 , partly due to the camera and to be honest I have no chance in my location to get 5g anytime soon, so made sense to opt for older model as the camera is where the newer phone lacks quite considerably imo, I suppose to give it 5g there had to be a compromise and the camera appears to be what was sacrificed most notably the 11 has no auto stabilization and has lower spec lenses as well, I have included as quick video I took just to show camera in action.

    1st plus it comes with 33w charger in the box with a very sturdy cable, I couldn't believe many only include the cable with no charger, now before I get slated i do understand reducing landfill waste etc etc. but many people don't have a high power charger so it's nice to be included.

    It also has a clear case supplied which fits well and has dust cover for charging port which is a nice touch as i always had to clean out compressed fluff from charging port that eventually stopped charger cable connecting properly which this should reduce hopefully, has a basic screen protector pre installed which I removed and fitted gorilla glass which improved screen crispness massively.

    I read a few negative reviews on here stating its full of ads and bloat ware but to be perfectly honest I haven't had any issues with this, I can only presume it is apps they installed or network operator adware but they are easily turned off in settings if needed but I haven't had an issue with this.

    The phone feels very nice in your hand and looks like a much more expensive device, the side finger print sensor is very easy to use, just remember and scan appropriate finger or thumb on each hand to make one handed unlock possible with either hand, face unlocking works fine too but on factory setting you do need to swipe screen to unlock with facial recognition, my p20 unlocked without screen touch, but thankfully it was only a setting change which is all good now.

    Screen is very good, crisp and clear especially at 120hz it outperforms many handsets costing over double this price, so if you are looking for a nice phone with a decent camera you would be mad not to grab one of these, there are lots of great comparison videos on u tube if still undecided.

    The phone was very easy to set up and transferring stuff from old phone was very straightforward.

    The IR blaster is also handy if you want to operate basic settings on most remote controls appliances and is fun to switch off friend TVs etc, and leave them thinking the house is haunted lol.

    Hope this helps you in your decision I'm no expert but for a phone in this price bracket I can't fault it, I can only presume the negative reviews I read, were people swapping from a flagship phones costing £700+ and I suppose if you are it may be a little bit of a downgrade, but if your current phone is older I would expect this to be a big upgrade like it was for me.

    Sorry for the novel but I wanted to give my honest review and hopefully help others making a decision for themselves.
