Good things :
- the external screen makes it actually useful when it's closed
- folds down small enough to fit in smaller pockets
- good 5g reception
- no hinge issues
- After >6mos, no screen issues either
- wide screen keeps the notch from getting in the way
- it folds! Seriously that's the only reason to buy this phone, look at a different one if you don't care about that
Bad things :
- the inside screen is plastic. This will not resist damage like glass does
- very few good cases available means it's hard to protect the outside
- missing connectivity for some lower cell bands
- repairs of either screen will be expensive or nonexistent
- this phone is not worth $1400. I got my model for 1k and was pretty happy with it VS all of the 2020 flagships as of December, but if I hadn't bought it I probably would have gone with a oneplus
OK things
- Motorola's software is fine. Some thoughtful features, some lag, not many bugs
- battery life is fine. Not exceptional
- processor is fine. I don't notice it being slow
- 1 sim card (plus an esim) is fine. 2 would be better
- fingerprint reader is fine, weird place due to the fold
- nfc placement is also weird, it's on the bottom half not the top

From the first moment when I received it, I understood that this phone will be unique. Modern and futuristic package with a great items inside already shows MOTOROLA impressive performance. I have no constructive feedback regarding Razr 5G. I felt like in old and good mid 2000's when flipflop phones were popular. Only this time, new Razr 5G is state-of-art smartphone with a great design, practical usage and compact size. I am glad to be one of these phones users now and recommend to buy it for the people who likes the difference and who can really appreciate this masterpiece. Motorola makes it near impossible to get any form of compensation for their faulty products, for 1000 dollars it just isn't worth it for such a short life.
I would avoid Motorola all together in future, very oppressive experience.
