I purchased this protection plan for my electric skateboard that I knew would see a good amount of regular use. Unfortunately it failed only a couple of months after I purchased it, and the manufacturer warranty didn't seem, to cover damages that were from just using it and having it wear out a part quickly. I wasn't able to repair it myself, so I sent it to Asurion and they fixed it as quickly as they could! There were some delays when they needed me to send my remote as well (I didn't because I saw sending "accessories" along with wasn't necessary and I considered that to fall in that category), but they ended up making it work as good as new again!

Save your money and sanity. I purchased a warranty for our grandsons ride on truck. It broke in less than 7 months. The company that they want me to work with will send parts but you have to do repair or get someone to do it. While the company is nice, they’re only open M-Th and since out of state, hard to speak to as some people work for a living. One shouldn’t have to take take off to resolve an issue.

Oh, and they’re not even sure the parts will fix it. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I tried to put in a claim, but was having trouble. I did the chat on line, and chatted with Marvin.
